TAMPA, Fla. – A Tampa man has been sentenced to 28 years in federal prison for his role as a leader in a drug trafficking network that spanned from Mexico to Florida. Enock Edouard, 37, was found guilty in May 2024 after a two-day bench trial. He was convicted of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and obstruction of justice.
