Canarsie voter head to the polls hours before they close

Hundreds of voters made their way down to Canarsie High School on Tuesday night hours before the polls closed. The New York City Board of Elections reports over 600,000 Brooklyn voters came out Tuesday, as of 3 p.m. Many Brooklyn residents told News 12 they are voting for the future of this country. Other say they are teaching their young ones to vote in the future. News 12’s Daniella Rodriguez was at Canarsie High School and spoke to many of those eager voters.
