(WDNews) – Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, 80, received medical attention for dehydration during a campaign rally for congressional candidate Caroleene Dobson on Sunday evening. The event took place at SweetCreek Farm Market in Pike Road, near Montgomery. Witnesses observed Governor Ivey appearing unsteady and holding onto a beam for support. Paramedics on-site administered fluids, after which she felt better and left the event. The following day, Ivey returned to her office and attended scheduled meetings.
