WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – New H.O.P.E CDC will be launching its 2025 ‘A Year of HOPE’ campaign by opening its final rental assistance portal for the year. According to a press release, the non-profit organization’s campaign aims to help people find solutions to challenges related to housing, recovery and substance abuse disorders, mental health issues, economic disparities, and continuing education.
