MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – An Horry County daycare is once again facing a lawsuit months after a former employee pleaded guilty to harming children in her care. Records show a lawsuit was filed Monday against the My Sunshine Child Development Center for negligence and is seeking actual, consequential and punitive damages.
