The altercation took place Wednesday afternoon as Sandra Karon demonstrated outside the Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina .

Karon was asking for a hard look at the death of Mica – a 30-year-old woman who died from a self-inflicted gunshot in April during a messy divorce from Miller .

Mica’s death was ruled a suicide, but her family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Miller, accusing him of abusing her.

The suit has since been dropped, and no charges relating to his wife’s death have been filed against Miller, a dad of three from a previous marriage.
