Firefighter injured during fire in Hampton Wednesday night

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)– Crews in Hampton responded to a fire Wednesday night.

According to officials, crews were called to the 70 block of Cline Drive at 8:30 p.m. for the report of a residential structure fire. When crews arrived, they found heavy smoke in the garage area of the home that spread into the attic space.
