FITCHBURG, Wis. — A man faces felony charges after a hit-and-run crash in Fitchburg that left one person injured, police said.
According to police, a man crashed into a vehicle at around 6 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Lacy Road near Highway 14 then left the scene. The other driver involved suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
Officers found the suspect at a nearby apartment complex and arrested him. He faces felony charges of second-offense operating while intoxicated causing injury and hit-and-run causing injury.
