CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Island Italian Restaurant announced on Sunday that the last day of business at their current location will be Dec. 14. Staff told 3NEWS they hope to rebuild and reopen soon– saying they will miss their customers tremendously. The restaurant has bought land down the road next to Seashore Middle Academy. They plan to build a new location there in the coming years.
