Terrell police rescued a kidnapped victim and seized crystal meth and firearms after pursuing a stolen vehicle on Tuesday, Nov. 5, officials said. Police received a Flock camera alert for a vehicle that was linked with a robbery and reported to be stolen, according to alert from the Dallas Police Department.
