A Texas soldier has been charged over a crash that left an engaged couple dead in a horror smash after a gender reveal party. In an arrest affidavit cops claim that suspect Juan Francisco Del Valle Ferrer was drunk at the celebration event before trying to drive. Reportedly he was still wearing a baby blue wristband from the party when the car crash took place.
