According to a criminal complaint, the three allegedly defrauded Allstate for $16,298.18.

Authorities said that Parrett was the owner and insurance policyholder of the vehicle.

Recorded jail phone calls reportedly showed that Parrett talked with Hanible and Davidson about “the planned, intentional fire set on the vehicle while parked outside of Kelly Parrett’s residence,” which was in the 100 block of Brookside Drive in Georgetown.
