Pinellas County is seeking a $79 million grant through the Federal Highway Administration for the replacement of the Dunedin Causeway Main Bridge. County commissioners voted unanimously to authorize staff Oct. 29 to seek the grant for the project, which has been discussed often by government officials, stakeholders and users in recent years.
