TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – With the cooler temperatures some residents look to embrace the chill and winter wonderland up on Mount Lemmon. However, officials are warning tourists and locals about the threat of a water restriction going in place in the next couple of days, which would be weeks earlier than last year’s historic shortage.
