EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – An oil refinery in El Paso wants to inspire young women to pursue careers in engineering with an annual conference. Marathon El Paso Refinery Women’s Network held its third annual Girls in STEM Conference on Thursday inviting 40 junior and senior students from all over El Paso County to tour the labs in the refinery and experience firsthand what it’s like to work in this industry.
