COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — The most expensive home sale in Franklin County rang in at $3.2 million, and the most expensive home sale in Delaware County was $3.1 million.
NBC4 analyzed property sale records from the Franklin and Delaware county auditors’ offices, filtering for “one family dwellings” to avoid sales of apartments, duplexes or other unrelated land purchases. Large purchases made by corporations, not homeowners, were also filtered out.
