Oklahoma City fire crews respond to vacant house fire

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – The Oklahoma City Fire Department battled a vacant house fire Friday morning.

According to OKCFD, crews responded to the home near Newcastle Rd. and Portland Ave. around 3:30 a.m.

Officials say the fire was mainly at the back of the house and firefighters were able to knock the flames down quickly. No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
