EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – Authorities have arrested a second suspect in connection to a shooting that happened in Evansville in September. As we reported, authorities responded to an area of Red Bank Road back on Sept. 10. The 911 caller said they found a man in the road who had been shot.
