MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The City of Fitchburg had a referendum on this year’s ballot, but unlike Madison and Monona, it did not pass. The result of voting “no” negatively impacts Fitchburg PD services, while they try to keep up with the growing population and crime rate.
