BELTON, Mo. (KCTV) – A road rage incident turned hit-and-run resulted in felony charges for a Raytown man. The Belton Missouri Police Department said it received a report of a road rage incident on southbound I-49 on Wednesday, Nov. 6. The report included a man pointing a gun at another driver.
