Christmas-lovers who’ve dreamed of stepping inside a wintry snow globe scene will finally get the chance.
Soon, three restaurants in the Kansas City area will be bedecked with lights, candy canes, greenery and other seasonal decor.
Snowglobe — a Christmas pop-up founded in Lawrence in 2020 — will open at Blue Moose, 10064 Woodland Road in Lenexa, and Barley’s, 11924 W. 119th St. in Overland Park, on Tuesday.
Snowglobe is going on now at Calaveras in Lee’s Summit, 219 E. Main St.
This season will be the first time Snowglobe has ventured to Johnson County. Calaveras hosted the pop-up last year.
A media release described the pop-up as an “over-the-top Christmas experience.”
“We are very excited to be bringing extra holiday cheer to Johnson County in 2024. Blue Moose and Barley’s are perfect partners for Snowglobe, and we look forward to creating lasting memories for patrons and families in that community,” Jan-Eric Anderson, one of Snowglobe’s owners, said in a written statement.
