Nassau man charged with burglary, found sleeping with stolen items, State Police say

SCHODACK, NY (WRGB) – A Nassau man faces multiple charges following a burglary in Schodack Wednesday. On November 6, 2024, at about 4:27 a.m., Troopers responded to reports of a past burglary at a business on Maple Hill Road. The investigation determined that Nicholas T. Layman, 29, of Nassau, allegedly forcibly entered the business, damaged the door, and stole items from within.
