WHAT WE’RE TRACKI NG :
Rain chances late Saturday
Showery Sunday
Another System Next Wednesday
PLANNING THE NEXT 24 HOUR S: Clouds will start to increase overnight Friday with temperatures falling into the mid to upper 30s. On Saturday, showers will develop west of Madison by late in the afternoon, with high temperatures in the lower to middle 50s. Scattered showers are likely Saturday night, although the speed of the weather system will keep rainfall amounts between 0.25″ – 0.5″, at the most.
EXTENDED FORECAST: Veterans Day still looks to be dry, with most of Tuesday also being dry, too. However, another strong weather system moves through the Midwest Wednesday into Wednesday night. Scattered showers, and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm or two, will accompany this storm system. It looks like the scattered showers will end Wednesday night, before cooler air moves in, and this should keep any mixed precipitation chances low. After a seasonably cool end to next week, another rain-maker enters the forecast the following Sunday.
