Residents in Valdez can now apply for help with their energy bill for the winter. City officials in Valdez say the window to apply for the 2025 Energy Assistance Program is now open. It provides a 595 dollar energy credit to eligible households to help with heating costs. You can apply through December 31 in person at City Hall or online.
