State law enforcement agents recently arrested a man suspected of stealing electrical products from home improvement stores throughout the state, including in Southern Utah. Manuel Gonzalez, 52, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 4, by the Utah Crimes Against Statewide Economy Strike Force.
