BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Brook Park man, 33, was arrested at about 4 p.m. Oct. 25 after he inhaled nitrous oxide, or laughing gas, outside Ashes Smoke Shop, 15069 Snow Road. Someone had called police and said the man was in the Ashes Smoke Shop parking lot inhaling nitrous oxide. He was asking passersby to buy him gasoline.
