KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Police continue to be tight-lipped about what happened at Oval Spring Apartments on Thursday. Much of what happened remains unclear. However, two people – a woman who was armed with a knife and a child – are dead after a police officer fired their gun.
