SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Pleasant conditions are forecast for both Saturday and Sunday in Northern California with light winds and seasonable temperatures. The next storm system rolls in Monday with chances for rain showers in the Valley and Foothills and chances for snow in the Sierra, with 1-3″ expected near Donner Pass. As for the timing of this system, it looks to move into Sacramento around the noon hour.
