After a few cool and rainy days temperatures warm back up for the next week

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) – The rain is almost out with a few scattered showers expected through the evening with clouds clearing by tomorrow morning. Rainfall amounts from the past 36 hours range from 0.75 inches in northeastern parts of the Tri-Cities to 1.50 inches in southwestern parts of the Tri-Cities. Amounts near 2.00 inches were recorded near the Kansas Nebraska border. Temperatures stay in the low 40’s throughout the night in the Tri-Cities and areas east. Western parts of the state can expect waking up in the upper 30’s. Warming up tomorrow into the upper 50’s as skies clear out, with some reaching the low 60’s, just setting up for a beautiful Sunday. Temperatures cool back into the 30’s overnight into Monday.
