SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Savannah man out on bond for murder has been arrested for 27 counts related to animal cruelty and dog fighting this weekend. 35-year-old Isaiah Nicholas Goodman was arrested on one count of murder on July 4th, 2020 by Garden City Police for the murder of Michael Peguese.
