Three people were arrested last week after police received a Snapchat video of them breaking into an empty restaurant and setting off fireworks in July. Thomas Wainman III, 19, of Lititz, Andrew Allen, 21, of Marietta and Morgan Simmons, 21, of Lancaster are charged with felony burglary, and criminal trespassing after police say they broke into the La Piazza Restaurant and Sports Bar located on Lititz Pike in Warwick Township and stole several items. Waiman and Allen are charged with reckless burning and risking catastrophe for setting off fireworks inside the building, according to police.
