HOUSTON – The Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional Silver Alert on behalf of the Houston Police Department for 69-year-old Dorothy Neely Norris. She was last seen on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024, at approximately 10 p.m. She was walking in the 1900 block of South Kirkwood Road.
