TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Veteran’s Day ceremony was held in downtown Tampa to honor those who have served our nation.
Major General Karl Host, a retired U.S. Army service member, acted as Master of Ceremonies at the parade, hosted by the CRISP (Commitment, Respect, Integrity, Service, Pride) organization .

The ceremony took place at MacDill Park, located at 100 North Ashley Drive.
Mayor Jane Castor, Lt. General Sean Farrell, and Senator Jay Collins were among those speaking at the event.
