CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – Police in Silver Spring Township are asking the public for help after a dog in poor health was found along Route 114. The canine was found around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning by the Route 114 Park and Ride, according to the Silver Spring Township Police Department.
