The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a 26-year-old female from Duluth. The department’s Facebook page indicates that on October 10, the family of Julia Rivers Long contacted their 911 communications center to report her missing. Officials say the family last had contact with Julia on September 18, 2024 via text message.
