East Cleveland man accused of illegally voting in seven elections

CLEVELAND, Ohio – An East Cleveland man is accused of illegally voting in seven elections since 2018 and is facing several felony charges. Glenford Edwards, 66, has been indicted on seven counts of illegal voting and one charge of false voter registration. Edwards was a legal permanent resident but not a U.S. citizen at the time when he voted, according to a spokesperson for the Cuyahoga County prosecutor’s office.
