NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Police Department is asking women to remain vigilant while jogging after an attempted kidnapping in City Park on Sunday. Police say a woman was jogging just before 11:30 a.m. when a suspect got out of a vehicle, picked her up, and groped her.
