HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Evansville Police are investigating a shots fired call after a home and vehicle was struck by gunfire. Officers say three suspects are at large.
Sergeant Hollins, with EPD, tells us right before 5:30 p.m. officers heard shots fired near Lodge and Cass Avenue. He says they found shell casings in the area.
Officers say they discovered a home and vehicle was struck by gunfire on the 1000 of East Blackford Avenue.
Sgt. Hollins says the suspects are still at large, but believes they pose no threat to the neighborhood.
This is an ongoing investigation.
