An appearance by the sun before it becomes veiled by clouds mid-week

COLUMBUS, GA. (WRBL) -The forecast brings us a small window to dry out and add warmer than average readings before Thursday’s cold front sweeps through. The forecast for rainfall looks best ahead of the Front Thursday morning and afternoon.

Cooler readings in the overnight coming up post front, with temperatures dipping down in the mid 40s. The daytime high readings will drop nearly 10 degrees from 80s Monday and Tuesday to nearly 70 degrees for high temperatures.

The weekend will be filled with chilly morning readings and pleasantly cool daytime high temperatures near average or lower 70s.
