These are the inspections from November 4 to November 8 reported by the NYSDOH divided up by critical violations, non-critical violations and no violations. You can find a list of all restaurant inspections for the last several years on the NYSDOH website .

The following violations from the NYSDOH cite the full code violation and note what the specific problem was within the restaurant. To get those details, a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request needs to be submitted to the appropriate local health department , said NYSDOH.

According to the NYSDOH, critical violations must be corrected at the time of inspection. The inspector may also order a food establishment to close if there is an “imminent hazard to public health,” but could reopen after that hazard is corrected.
