When proceedings left off Friday, several witnesses who were on the crowded uptown F train described being terrified by an unhinged Neely as he threatened and lunged at people.

One veteran straphanger said she was “scared s–tless” by his behavior, and told cops at the scene that “he scared the living daylights out of everybody” before Penny intervened.
