World Insurance Associates has announced the acquisition of five insurance agencies located in Louisiana and Texas, effective Aug. 1. The acquired agencies include The Firm of Louisiana P&C, LLC and McFatter Insurance Agency, Inc. in Lake Charles, Insure Plus LLC in Baton Rouge, The Firm of Cenla in Alexandria, and Creekside Risk Management LLC in Houston, Texas. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
