JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. ( WIAT ) — Two men are accused of trafficking drugs in Jefferson County after two search warrants were executed on November 7.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said the search warrants were for a business on the 1900 block of Veterans Memorial Drive and a home on the 800 block of Brandy Circle in the Forestdale area. Authorities recovered 1,182 grams of cocaine, 11.9 grams of marijuana, 158 grams of gummies, 6.38 grams of oxycodone, 3.63 grams of hydrocodone, 19 suboxone strips, 1.12 grams of adderall, an AR-15, a Glock 19 9mm, a S&W MP.45 caliber, a 2004 Cadillac Deville, and a 2015 Chevy Camaro during the raids.
The sheriff’s office stated 41-year-old Philmore Ware and 22-year-old Jakoby Ware were arrested as a result of the seizure. Both suspects are being held at the Jefferson County Jail on $1 million bond. Authorities added that the suspects are related to one another.
