EAGAN, Minn. – The Eagan Police Department is increasing its patrols at Lebanon Hills Regional Park, after two women were assaulted in broad daylight. The latest assault occurred on Nov. 7 around 11 a.m. Police said a woman was sexually assaulted while walking alone on trail near the visitor center.
