LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot early Tuesday morning and found inside a liquor store in the Russell neighborhood. At about 1:15 a.m., Louisville Metro police responded to a shooting at 26th and West Chestnut streets near 26th Street Liquors, according to an LMPD news release.
