There’s a chance to weigh in on Erie County’s new budget proposal. A budget hearing is set for Tuesday afternoon at the Erie County Courthouse. County Executive Brenton Davis presented the plan to council last month. It does not call for a tax increase, but the plan does ask council to okay some deep spending cuts and eliminate a number of county jobs.
