COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – The Columbus Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a 66-year-old man last seen near Armour Rd. According to authorities, 66-year-old Alvin Howell was last seen on Wednesday, Nov. 6 around 11:30 a.m. near the 4000 block of Armour Rd. Howell was last seen wearing black sweatpants, blue and gray shirt, and black and white tennis shoes.
