CHINO – Four people were hospitalized after the vehicle they were riding in crashed early Tuesday morning. Chino Valley Fire Department and the Chino Police Department responded to a traffic collision with a vehicle that landed on a second-story balcony of a house at 6688 Medford Ct. around 12:20 a.m.
