SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) – The Illinois Emergency Management Agency is notifying residents of an application deadline that is quickly approaching. Illinois residents who experienced damage/loss from the July 13-16 severe storms, tornadoes, winds and flooding only have until Nov. 19 to apply for assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration. This severe weather affected people in Cook, Fulton, Henry, St. Clair, Washington, Will and Winnebago counties.
