NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim in a Sunday shooting that left one juvenile dead. 16-year-old Jamere Milligan died at the Medical University of South Carolina around 6:30pm Sunday night from a gunshot wound he sustained less than an hour before.
